Today marks your first real game drive with Serengeti Bucket List, as you explore the stunning Arusha National Park. Located just outside Arusha, this park is famous for its rich variety of tropical birds, the striking black and white Colobus monkeys, and occasionally, rare albino baboons. Keep your eyes peeled for the Colobus monkeys swinging through the trees and for unique bird species like the magnificent Silvery-cheeked Hornbill. With a bit of luck, you might even spot an albino baboon!
The park’s diverse landscape features serene lakes, volcanic craters, cascading waterfalls, majestic mountains, and lush open grasslands — a perfect introduction to Tanzania’s natural beauty.

Tarangire National Park is famous for its large herds of elephants and the impressive baobab trees that dominate the landscape. These ancient trees, which can live for centuries, serve as a vital water source for elephants during the dry season, as they skillfully extract moisture from the trunks. The Tarangire River, being the only reliable water source during this time, attracts huge gatherings of wildlife — with herds of up to 250 elephants alongside countless other animals. Experience this incredible natural spectacle.

Lake Manyara National Park is situated between Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater, alongside the 400-meter-deep Great Rift Valley. This compact park features diverse habitats that support a wide range of wildlife. With Serengeti Bucket List, you can explore the vast lake that takes up nearly 75% of the park, wander through lush rainforests filled with birds and monkeys, and encounter elephants roaming through the woodlands.

Serengeti National Park is famously regarded as a must-visit safari destination, especially for witnessing the Great Migration that sweeps across its plains. The sight of massive, thundering herds is awe-inspiring, and the park is also home to an incredible array of predators: over 4,000 lions, 225 cheetahs, 1,000 leopards, 3,500 hyenas, and hundreds of wild dogs! Plus, countless other stunning wildlife species await, and your guide will be thrilled to help you spot them all.

The iconic Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s seven natural wonders, was created two million years ago by a massive volcanic eruption. Its rich volcanic soil has given rise to a unique ecosystem, hosting the densest concentration of wildlife anywhere in Africa! Inside the crater, you’ll encounter thousands of animals—from lions and zebras to buffalo and black rhinos—while breathtaking views surround you at every turn. Experience it all with Serengeti Bucket List.

Based on your departure schedule, you may spend some extra time unwinding at the lodge before being transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your journey home. Not ready to leave yet? You can also choose to extend your adventure with a relaxing beach escape on one of Tanzania’s idyllic islands — like Zanzibar, Pemba, or Mafia — with Serengeti Bucket List arranging it all for you!
