All cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email to the office that confirmed the reservation. A cancellation will become effective on the date it is received by the Serengeti Bucket List booking office.

Clients may request to reschedule their tour at any time. Any applicable cancellation fees or additional charges (if any) will be communicated before the new travel dates are confirmed. If the booking is subsequently canceled after being rescheduled, the original departure date will be used to calculate any applicable refund.
Serengeti Bucket List reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or for operational reasons. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of all payments received from the client. This refund constitutes our full liability, and no further compensation or claims shall be payable.
